This notice covers the SnapAccruals marketing website. Connector data handling is separate.
This website
The site offers product information, a demonstration video, and downloadable sample files. It has no customer login, employee upload, payment form, or analytics script. Google Fonts is requested when the page loads, so your browser contacts Google to load the typefaces.
Request access form
The access form prepares an email locally in your browser. Its fields are not submitted to a website backend or saved in browser storage by this site. If you open the email link and send it, your email provider processes the message and we receive it. You can also copy the message and email it yourself.
Contacting us
Email and LinkedIn links open third-party services. If you contact Jayant, your message and contact details are used to respond. Do not include confidential employee records.
Using a connector
The ChatGPT and Claude pilots run separately on Google Cloud. Their hosts and the connected service may process submitted files and conversation content. The website’s lack of file uploads is not a claim that connector data stays on your computer. Review the Claude connector privacy notice before providing data to the Claude pilot.
