What you choose to share

When you authorize a file, the service receives its contents and the settings needed to inspect, calculate, or export it. Files may contain employee IDs, names, salaries, bonus targets, departments, employment dates, leave intervals, and eligibility information. Only upload data you are authorized to share. Fictional sample data is available without supplying employee records.

No SnapAccruals account or email address is required. The current export tools do not collect an email address for lead tracking.

How processing works

Files and calculation inputs are sent to the connected SnapAccruals service on Google Cloud Run in us-central1. They are processed in application memory for the requested operation; the application does not save uploaded employee files to a database or persistent file store. Recalculating or exporting may send the selected file again. The widget retains selected file data while you use that workspace; Clear workspace removes its active selection.

Claude may receive tool inputs, tool outputs, and conversation content according to your use of the integration. The widget can share aggregate calculation context with the conversation. Claude’s retention and use of content are governed by your Anthropic account settings and policies; clearing the widget does not delete your Claude conversation.

Excel downloads

Generated workbooks include employee-level information and may include source data. They are held temporarily in process memory, not a persistent export store. Download links expire after five minutes; expired entries are removed when the export store is next accessed. Capacity limits or a service restart may remove a workbook earlier.

Anyone with a valid download link can retrieve that workbook during its availability window. Keep the link private. Copies you download or share remain wherever you save or send them; their deletion is outside the service’s control.

Operational records and service providers

The application records tool names and usage counts for operation and troubleshooting. It is configured not to log uploaded employee file contents. Google Cloud may record request metadata, including IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, and response status, under its logging configuration. Request paths may contain a temporary export identifier. This notice does not promise that all infrastructure metadata is immediately deleted.

Google Cloud provides hosting and infrastructure. Anthropic provides the Claude host. The service does not connect to your payroll or accounting ledger and does not post journal entries.
