SOC 1 / SOC 2 readiness, customer isolation, SSO, and data processing agreements are part of our production roadmap. These are planned controls, not completed audits or current deployment guarantees. The cloud pilot has separate processing disclosures.
Encryption and storage
Production review should cover HTTPS, encryption at rest, key management, backups, and deletion. Hosting architecture and controls must be confirmed for the actual deployment.
Identity and access
The prototype includes role-oriented preparer, reviewer, and administrator screens. Production authorization enforcement and SSO integration require validation; screen visibility alone is not access control.
Review history and audit evidence
Review the events recorded for rule changes, calculations, overrides, and approval decisions. Retention, export, and tamper protection need to meet your organization’s requirements.
AI and employee data
Data handling depends on the selected host and configured services. Model-training, subprocessors, and retention terms must be agreed before production use. Do not infer a no-training guarantee from this preview.
Compliance and agreements
SOC 1 and SOC 2 are on our planned compliance roadmap. Formal audit engagement, scope, and timing have not been confirmed; no report or certification is currently claimed. Contact us about your review and contractual requirements, including a data processing agreement.
