  1. Connect the pilot.

    Once published, follow our listing link and connect SnapAccruals in ChatGPT. Review the permissions before continuing.

  2. Open the sample workspace.

    In a new conversation with the connector available, ask:

    Open the SnapAccruals bonus accrual pilot using sample data.
  3. Confirm your rate and calculate.

    Start with an illustrative sample rate:

    Calculate the sample bonus accrual at a 15% accrual rate. Explain the formula and show the exclusions.

    The accrual rate is separate from each employee’s annual bonus percentage.

  4. Review and export.

    Check the employee amounts and eligible days. Ask to export the calculation to Excel, then use the returned download control. The file contains draft results for your review.

  1. Connect SnapAccruals.

    After approval and publication, open our Claude directory listing and connect the server. Review the permissions shown.

  2. Start with the sample.
    Use SnapAccruals to open the bonus accrual pilot with sample data.

    Use the interactive workspace to confirm inputs and review results, then discuss the calculation in chat.

  3. Choose the accrual rate.
    Use a 15% accrual rate. Show the total bonus accrual and explain one employee’s calculation.
  4. Export for review.

    Click Download Excel in the workspace, then open the generated workbook link. No email address is required. Temporary download links expire after five minutes; generate a fresh export if needed.

When you’re ready for your own file

Confirm the inputs before calculating.

Where file upload is supported, provide an authorized CSV or XLSX employee file in the AI conversation. Ask the assistant to inspect the columns and propose a mapping first.

Inspect my employee file. Show the proposed column mapping and ask me to confirm the period, accrual rate, and eligible days before calculating.

Platform support and pilot file limits apply. Uploaded records are processed by the service on Google Cloud; they do not stay only on your device. Start with dummy records and review the connector’s data-handling information before using payroll data.
